The Rock
Avenue House Lodge is situated in the picturesque village of Tettenhall on the outskirts of Wolverhampton. Situated at the bottom of the Rock at Tettenhall, Avenue House Lodge was built c1840 as the gate house and the stabling accommodation for the owners of, and visitors to, Avenue House in Clifton Road, Tettenhall. Avenue House Lodge has a long history with the buildings undergoing many changes over the decades, and was extensively rennovated between 1998 and 2002. More information on the building.
Since moving in, JOC has sympathetically rennovated the coach house converting stable areas and the upper hayloft area into working offices and a meeting room, combining a fresh contemporary look yet still in keeping with the style of the existing building.
Located in a conservation area we take pride in maintaining the properties character and its woodland surroundings and enjoy showing our clients and friends around – the kettle is always ready for a tea or coffee – so drop by anytime.
